“To you, O men, I call, and my cry is to the children of man. -Proverbs 8:4, ESV
The call of wisdom is available to all – young and old, male and female.
Everyone.
This verse should serve as a reminder that God expects us to not only respond to the call, but to do all we can to help others hear it, too.
You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.
Deuteronomy 6:7Come, O children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the Lord.
Psalms 34:11He established a testimony in Jacob and appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers to teach to their children
Psalms 78:5You shall teach them to your children, talking of them when you are sitting in your house, and when you are walking by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.
Deuteronomy 11:19Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.

Especially when they are young.
But something to remember is that, in God’s eyes, we are all children.
I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.
